Cass County Warrant RecordsCass County Warrant Records

Use the office that keeps the record. The Cass County Sheriff’s Office answers custody and routing questions; the District Clerk routes district and County Court at Law criminal files; a JP or city clerk handles many ticket and fine-only matters. This private reference site cannot check or recall a warrant. A ticket question belongs with the court printed on the citation. Each court controls its own record. Call before traveling, since each court posts its own hours and payment rules.

This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. Cass County Warrant Records is a private reference. It cannot confirm a warrant, change a court entry, accept bond or payment, arrange a surrender, or give legal advice. For an official answer, contact the sheriff or the court that issued the process.

For a written records request, Cass County says to send it to the department with custody of the record; a request sent to the wrong department can delay a response. Court-held records may follow judicial access rules. Use the county open-records instructions for routing.
